QUESTION:

Hello Shane -

We are enjoying our CBS-51H15.  I would just like to ask what your recommendation is for cleaning our Luxus dispensers?  Currently I simply rinse them out at the end of the day, then deliver and empty a ½ -  fill of hot water the next morning before brewing coffee (to pre-heat the dispenser as well as give it a hot-water rinse).

Should I clean it any other way?  I notice that the stain on the sight glass is increasing.

ANSWER:

We do recommend further cleaning.

We recommend a that you use a product called Tabz by Urnex. It is very easy to use and it will clean your brew basket as well.

You just place the Tabz in the brew basket place the dispenser you wish to clean under the brewer and start a full batch cycle, then rinse.

The sight page tubes may require additional help. You should have received a sight glass brush with your dispensers. You should Yes This to help brush any stubborn stains away.
