How do I fix a short potting issue on CBS- 51H15 brewer?

ANSWER:

There are a few reasons why a CBS-51H15 could be short potting. The most common is the flow disc (part of the spray head) was installed upside down after cleaning. The instructions for assembly are on the panel behind where the dispenser sits when brewing.

The next is water flow rate to the brewer this could be affected by a clogged filter of the improper installation of a new filter. Before you check that, make sure the water supply valve is on all the way. You would be surprised to know that this is a very common issue and is often over looked. This is because sometimes valves are accidently closed or partially closed when moving boxes around or when trying to turn the water supply off to another piece of equipment.
