QUESTION:

Our brewing CBS-62H over heats and steams. We have replace the thermostat. What can we do next?

ANSWER:

Is the ready light on when it is steaming or is it off? If the ready light is on the thermostat and the temperature are doing their jobs. This could mean a stuck Solid State Relay.

However if the ready light is not coming on and you have replaced the thermostat, it is possible that the temperature probe is the cause of your issue.
