How do you program the water temperature on a CBS-52H?

ANSWER:

Mark,
 
To set the water temperature on a 52H you have to remove the top of the brewer. Then locate the thermostat; it is the narrow control board with the 2 digit digital display located in the rear center of the compartment directly above the spray head.
 
To adjust you will see a small black adjustment stem next to the display. Turn the adjustment stem clock wise or counter clockwise and you will see the display flash and the digits will change. Adjust to the desired temperature and then stop, a few seconds later the display will stop flashing and the display will show the current temperature.
 
To read the display is easy even though there are only two digits. A temperature below 100 degree is what is displayed without any decimal points (75). 100 degrees and higher you will see one decimal point lit and the temperature reading, so this would be the temp displayed plus 100 (.75 is 175 degrees). If there are two decimal points displayed then the temp is 200 degrees or higher; the temperature reading plus 200 (.0.5 is 205 degrees).
