QUESTION:

Hi,
I have a tea brewer at my restaurant, it's giving me an error code "0.60" if you could please tell me how to resolve the problem.

ANSWER:

The error code 0.60 is a flow meter error. This error can be caused by a couple of issues.

1. Water supply has been shut off and flow meter is registering no flow. Turn water supply on.
2. Water pressure has dropped below 20PSI so the fill valve cannot open thus again the flow meter is registering no flow. Make sure water supply is on all the way, change in line water filter, checked for kinked water line etc…
3. Fill valve is not functioning and flow meter is not registering flow because of it. Replace fill valve.
