QUESTION:

What is the largest coffee brewer you guys make that can run on 220volts not 3 phase? The same in tea brewers? We are trying to find a 20 gallon brewer for our freeze dried powder. We cannot simply mix it as it would have particulate matter so we need to brew it.

ANSWER:

The largest brewer we manufacture of any kind that can run on 220VAC single phase is our CBS-6000 series brewers which brews into a 3Gal dispenser.

Now if you had 3 phase power we have our 7000 series brewers that brew up to 6 gal at a time but can brew in to a vessel that is 24 gallon. This is achieved by running four 6 gallon brews in a row.
