Hi,

I have Fetco CBS-2018. As soon as I power on, the water starts pouring through the brewing cycle. I cleaned the tank with descaler and there wasn't any scales of deposit in it.

It sounds like the dispense valve is stuck open.
 
To test this theory with the brewer off, remove the wires from the dispense valve then turn the brewer off. If problem still exist, then the valve is the culprit. Please replace it. Part Number 102080. 1.800.FETCO.99.
