Hello – we have a customer who has one of your 6 gallon brewers - Fetco CBS71A. I am wondering if you could tell me what type of grind and how many ounces of coffee this would need to brew a full 6 gallons.

What a great question! The 7000 series brewers are very unique and require a very unique grind. It is a very coarse grind and we actually call it a wood chip grind. I will see if I can get a picture of this grind and send it to you.

As far as how many ounces to use the best I can give is a range of 24-51oz.
