QUESTION:

We have just installed a CBS 52H20 in our office, and I have been told there is a coffee grounds stopper/filter that can be put in this unit to eliminate the possibility of grounds getting into the urns – can you help me with this?

Bob,

I not sure but I think that you are talking about brew basket clips that will help prevent the filter from falling over which allows the grounds to flow into the dispenser. If this is the case then yes we have those. P/N 09013.

If this is not what you are talking about please clarify. Are the grounds floating and flowing over the top of the filter?
