QUESTION:

When the main power is turned on the only thing that lights up is the power on indicator. No other lights at all. What could be the problem? I would appreciate your help.

This problem is usually attributed to a failure in the transformer that is part of the power control board. This problem is usually caused when a brewer has been hooked up to improper electrical.
 
If the brewer was just installed it is possible that this is what happened. To make sure this is fixed please double check the voltage at the terminal block is correct.
 
N-L1=   110-120VAC
N-L2=   110-120VAC
L1-L2=  208-240VAC
N-G=     0VAC
 
If this checks out then unplug the brewer and test each coil assembly and make sure it works properly. This can be done with a 120 test cord. If all checks out, replace the power control board.
 
If you do not get the readings listed above I would recommended that you get your electrical issue repaired before replacing any parts.
 
All tests listed above should be performed by a qualified Service Technician.
